My husband and I used Sumina Bhati of Austin Realty, to purchase our home in Cedar Creek. Our relationship with Sumina happened by chance when we contacted her as the listing agent for a different home nearly 2 years ago. She has been a life-saver during our home search as we are living out of state and logistics have been complicated. Sumina was always willing to drive the extra distance to check out a potential home and provide video of properties to help us get a more thorough understanding of each home despite not being present. We cannot thank her enough for how smooth our closing process went and her ability to put us in contact with any number of vendors for our assorted home maintenance needs. Hands down, Sumina has been the reason our home is finally ours, and we would recommend her to any family or friends looking for homes in Central Texas.
