I never write reviews, but had the best service today, so I thought I'd share the email I sent to my customer service rep this afternoon:\r

""Hi Sofia, I just want you and your management team to know that I am beyond impressed with your company and Ron in particular. You answered quickly this morning when I called and scheduled us for same day. This alone is a nice change from other companies we've worked with. But then Ron put it over the top. He called at every step to update us, he even let us know that he had run tests and that the clog seemed to have cleared on it's own, so he wasn't going to charge us! I asked him to snake the main line anyways because it's an annual maintenance we preform on this rental property. He did that (for an incredible price!) and then called to give us additional information. He was so prompt, knowledgeable, informative and honest!""\r
