I AM SO ANGRY!!! I HAVE A WONDERFUL COCKER SPANIEL I HAVE BEEN TAKING HIM TO THE GROOMING DEPARTMEN AND, HE'S BEEN CUT BY THIS I THOUGHT LOVING GROOMER CALLED BRANDIE OH SO HELPFUL WITH HIM IT WARMED MY HEART TO SEE SOMEONE WHO LOVED HER JOB AND, DOGS. BRANDIE HAS CUR HIM TWICE , MAX HAS A SKIN ALLERGY AND HAS BEEN TREATED BY DR. GONZALES WITH BANDFIELD HOSPITAL AT THE SAME LOCATION. WONDERFUL VET HE TOOK HIS TIME, WITH THE MAX AND, WITH ME. I WOULDN'T SWITCH VETS. SO AS I SAID BRANDIE CUT MAX TWICE I SPENT 65-75$ EACH TIME I WENT . I CALLED LAST WEEKEND TO HAVE MAX GROOMED AGAIN AND, TO MY SURPRAISE THE VERY POLITE HELPFUL GROOMER BRANDIE TOLD ME "" I WON'T SEE MAX ANYMORE ON THE WEEKEND BECAUSE OF HIS HEALTH ISSUES ??????THIS WAS NOT AN ISSUE BEFORE EVER!!!\r
THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME THAT "" NO ONE ELSE WILL GROOM MAX THEIR EITHER"" I COULDN'T BELIEVE HOW THIS PERSON TREATED ME AND, MY PET. \r
BRANDIE GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3/11/14 600 . I GOT TO THE STORE AT 510 PM I TALKED TO A MANAGER THERE HIS NAME WAS JAMES AND, TOLD HIM ABOUT I HOW WAS TREATED BY BRANDIE THE GROOMER HE SAID THAT WAS UNEXCEPTABLE \r
HE CAME WITH ME TO THE GROOOMING DEPARTMENT TO SPEAK TO BRANDIE WITH ME ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT TAMARA THE MANAGER OF THE GROOMING DEPARTMENT CHANGED BRANDE'S HOURS TODAY AND, THAT MAX WOULD NOT BE GROOMED. SHE SAID SHE CALLED MY CELL BACK THE SAME DAY THAT THE APPT. WAS MADE TO INFORM ME OF THE CHANGE IN MAX'S APPT TIME FROM 600PM TO 230PM BUT, THE DAY I SPOKE TO BRANDE I MADE HER AWARE THAT I DID NOT GET OUT UNTILL 5PM.....THEN BRANDE PROCEEDED TO TELL ME "" AND THAT'S THE LAST TIME MAX WILL BE GROOMED THERE"" SURPRAISE SURPRAISE!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NOW PUT A CALL OUT TO THE DISTRICT MANAGER HIS NAME IS CRAID ZSCHIESCHE AND, IS LOCATED OUT IN PHOENIX ARIZONA . WHAT THEY DID WAS SO WRONG. WE SEE PETS ON TV AS THEY ASK FOR HELP TO TAKE CARE OF THEM AND, HE IS PET SMART BECAUSE MAX HAS A SKIN ALLERGY WHO IS BEING TURNED AWAY...AND, BUT THE WAY MAX'S SKIN WAS CLEAR TODAY!!!! I MADE JAMES THE MANAGER FEEL MAX'S COAT!!!! MY NEXT STEP IS TO F/U WITH DR. GONZALES TO SEE WHY MAX CANNOT BE CARED FOR BY GROOMING BECAUSE OF HIS MEDICAL CONDITION. I WILL POST THE OUTCOME ....BE AWARE OF THIS STORE !!!!!! \r
