Review content:
Buyers beware. Mitchell Toyota sells vehicles previously salvaged and washed title. When you eventually find out they deny knowledge of it. I recommend doing your own vehicle history search. I encourage victims to contact an attorney and also go online and file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act. They sold my family a vehicle that was salvaged in the state of Indiana. The washed title didn't transfer to Texas. However Autocheck and Carfax show the salvage. I have a hard time believing the salvage didn't show up on their reports almost 5 years after it was listed junked. They proudly advertise they use these reports. I recently took the car back to the original salesman and he offered a very low trade in and still didn't reveal it was because of the salvage brand. Another dealership informed me of it after explaining they were going to offer 5 times the low amount until they discovered it was salvaged and couldn't resell it. This business doesn't even feel confident enough in the vehicle they thought was safe enough for my family to buy it back.
