When I politely asked Kevin Martin, owner of Athens Lawn & Gardening, to cancel my snow shoveling service, he sent me this email: \r

""Blah blah..all you type of tight a**.customers are.the same..you want professional service but you dont want to pay for it..if some lucky stiff had fallen down on your side walk or thoses white trash dangerous steps of yours and gotten hurt you would be sucking up to perhaps a few million dollar law suit.. but while your snuggled.up in ur blankie sipping hot choclate or hiding under covers we are out in level 2 snow emergencies in the gawd.d*** - 30 degree weather breaking our backs to protect your investment so that you dont get your cry poor mouth a** fined by the city..i dont give a rats a** about you or your falling down the hillside house..pay me asap."" \r
