Aniata is the ideal destination for Christmas shopping. They offer a huge selection of local artisan cheeses with great informational cards supplied with each order, giving you more information on the origin of the various cheeses. Aniata will box your cheeses and ship them to your gift destination anytime, but this is especially great during the holiday season. It's an excellent way to cross names off your holiday list, and give a thoughtful and delicious gift. The cheeses are shipped carefully, and everyone I've ever purchased these from indicated that everything was intact and very fresh upon arrival.
