Very rarely have I had the opportunity to say ""They were awesome"". This, particularly Lance MIller's (of Cal-Prop) service is undoubtedly a richly deserving candidate. Look at the timeline: we closed Escrow on this apartment in San Diego on a Friday, when I was out of town in Washington, met our good man on the Saturday. He buzzed around the apartment with his indefatigable camera, went through all the myriad details of the lease agreement, patiently explaining to us all the subtle nuances of renting out a place. He rings us up on TUESDAY, (!!) just 2~3 days later to let us know, he has successfully rented out the place. This is simply amazing service. He is amazingly collegial, and you couldn't find a better person to work with. Unhesitatingly and very highly recommend his camaraderie and professionalism.
