Troy Reiter performed a thorough inspection of my garage door before providing me a solution. He did offer standard service as well as an upgrade spring product to improve longterm performance. He was not pushy, very knowledgable and verbally communicated the mechanics of the door to my satisfaction. He removed the broken spring and installed a new one in a very tight garage due to both vehicles being stuck until the door was operational. Troy Reiter was very careful while working around both vehicles and I appreciate his attention to detail in checking all the bolts, hinges, rollers and also greasing the chain/gear. This 15 year door now sounds like a new product. I was shocked. Thank you Family Christian Doors for such great service. I will be recommending your business to my family and friends.
