First off, this store has a good selection of games. As far as their game repair service, unprofessional. I took my Wii in to get the disc drive repaired, and I was quoted $55. Took it in to get it fixed, also heard that this store does good repairs. Two days later, I call to check upon the status of my Wii, and I was told that it was ready. No prior phone call saying that it was ready mind you.\r I show up for my Wii, he replaces my Disc drive, and then tells me that my motherboard had to be replaced. He did not call me and tell me that he had to do extra repairs, he did them without asking. The last time I booted up my Wii, the system came on just fine. I was luckily able to play a game, and my memory worked just fine as well. On top of all of that, I left my memory card in my Wii. He could not find my memory card at first, then tried to give me a spare memory card that wasn't actually mine.\r Needless to say, he found my memory card and I reluctantly paid $75 (an extra $20 for repairing my motherboard). All of my systems memory was gone, it replaced it with memory from another Wii. This store does not wipe the memory of its turned in consoles, so be careful trading your stuff in here. He told me that my memory couldn't be saved, and that I could just call Nintendo, and that all of my Wii purchases (Virtual console & Wii Ware) could be restored.\r \r I called Nintendo, and since the store switched out my internal serial number, I can still see my external serial number on the console. Nintendo is unable to restore my purchases, so I will have to start all of my games over from scratch, and I will have to buy my Wii purchases all over again. So I am spent $75, plus I will have to spend extra money on the games that I already purchases previously.\r \r If you want a good used game selection, visit this store. Be careful when it comes to allowing this store to repair your systems, they don't inform you of extra repairs and they don't know what they're doing.
