Avoid this place at all cost. The previous owner (father of the now useless owners) was a wonderful man who cared deeply for his customers. I was a loyal customer for 20+ years. The sons now own the business and they could care less about the customers, the quality of what they do, their employees...I could go on. DO NOT patronize this business. They lost a cashmere sweater of mine and to date (2 months later), refuse to call me back, respond via email or do a darn thing to try and make it right. I understand things happen, it's unfortunate that this occurred but the travesty is that the owners couldn't give a damn! Look at Yelp for the reality reviews. I'm not sure who looks at City Search but as of today, they have lost credibility because the rating here are an absolute joke; don't be fooled.
