Have no doubts, that Dr. Galati is accomplished specialist, however, I?ve had a real hard time to get in touch with him and his staff.\r
Good luck to follow the phone instruction, as his assistant never picks up the phone and never calls back if you leave a message.\r
Good luck also sending an e-mail. \r
The only way to get someone on a phone is to dial 0 and insist on the matter be resolved, otherwise they will direct your call to Drs assistant who never picks up the phone and calls back etc.\r
Dr. Galati is obviously popular and busy and I had a good time talking to him, but to get through the system is tiring, to say the least.
Pros: Distinguished liver specialist with many accomplishments (according to research)
Cons: Wasting time to get through all the phone steps, mainly due to unresponsive assistant
