In late May I was cited for a HOV violation in Rockville, MD. As soon as I got the ticket I knew this was going to impact my Class A CDL license and I am currently from Florida, so going to court for this kind of ticket was a huge concern also. During my first search on the Internet for the best traffic defense attorneys in the DC area, the firm Price Benowitz was top of the list. Shortly after reading the firm's site for more information, I spoke with a staff member who referred me to Colleen Kirby as the attorney within the firm to handle this case. Colleen contacted me almost immediately and seemed very eager to work with me. From a business stand point I think Colleen was very professional, competent and knowledgeable person. She not only appeared on my behalf, but kept the points off my CDL license. Having just one point on my CDL would have put me at a great disadvantage in the competitive job market today. I simply don't think it gets any better than her. TY!
