I couldn’t have done it without Colleen Kirby! by Neal0223 I was visiting relatives in Baltimore County a few months ago. A policeman caught me fair and square in a radar trap going very much over the speed limit and I was given a rather large fine and 2 points for the high speed. I was worried more about the 2 points then the fine because I know how points impact the price of car insurance. The policeman told me, since I had a clean driving record up until now, that I might want to consider going to court to see if I could have the points removed so that it would not be on my license. I thought that was a very good idea, but my next thought was, how in the world am I going to be able to go to court in Baltimore when I live in Florida. I knew this would be very costly because I recently started a new job and I knew I wouldn’t be paid for the time I would have to miss, not to mention the cost of flights and another rental car. So instead I contacted Price Benowitz and they referred me to Colleen Kirby. Calling Colleen was the best thing I could have done. She was so nice and told me that she would represent me in court, which made me feel so relieved. She kept me in the loop with everything she was doing either by phone calls or emails, which kept me from stressing out. I could concentrate on my new job instead. She advised me to pay the fine before going to court, which I did. She also mentioned that I might want to consider taking an online safety course which she thought would help my case. So I did that. I knew Colleen knew what she was doing and that she had a lot of experience with these types of cases and I felt that Colleen would not steer me wrong. The day of the trial she was there to represent me and immediately after it was over she contacted me to let me know the good news that I received a PBJ, which means there would be no points and I didn’t owe any additional money since I prepaid the fine. I can honestly say that calling Colleen and having her represent me was the best thing I could have ever done and I would recommend her, without any reservation what so ever, to anyone in need of her help. Thank you again Colleen for everything you did for me.
