Review content:
This company claims to provide customer satisfaction but could not care less. Made a mistake diagnosing a problem with my gas furnace and refused to admit the mistake or honor the exorbitant service charge to tell me nothing was wrong. After returning home to a wet basement I was lucky to find a good technician who solved the problem quickly and professionally. Do not use these plumbers unless quality and cost are not an issue.
