I had Advanced Furnace come to my house to clean my ducts and dryer vent. I had a company come out a month ago and they basically ripped me off. My dryer still was not working properly and the dust actually got worse(which billy explained is a common problem because other companies loosen the dust and do not get all of it out). Billy and rob arrived at my door, on time, and proceeded to thoroughly explain how he was going to do the job. Of course, I ask hundreds of questions, and he took the time to answer each of them. He showed me the dust and debris in the ductwork as he cleaned it. Came out like new. Also, the dryer was clogged. He went into the attic to get the clog out because there was a few bends. After he left, I threw in a load and then dried it, It came out dry with no problem. There was no more dust in the house and I could feel the difference in the air. Everything about the job was done to perfection. The company came highly recommended and they did not disappoint! I would recommend this company to everyone! Not to mention the state of the art equipment! A truck mounted vacuum (unlike the shop vac with a brush at the end like the other company). It looks like a fire truck! Hope everyone finds this comment helpful in choosing a GREAT company!
