Atrocious business practice. My sister got a boot while parked across from them at the new Bosque Brewing Company building. I understand it's a small parking lot and they want to maintain spots for their visitors, but this section is obviously not in their jurisdiction. They hire guys to wander the parking lot and get you while you are away, and of course there's no way to fight it other than giving your credit card number over the phone. One of the employees at Panera was standing outside and yelling at people crossing the street just to warn them. Manny's management should be ashamed.
