Don't do it! I had the most unpleasant experience with this company, and their ""manager"", Melanie. I moved across the country and needed a temporary home until we could purchase a home. We agreed to a 1 year lease, which was pretty standard. I am a professional with a decent job and income, however I was made to feel second class by the rental manager. \r Late last year, and 3 months prior to end of our lease, we had an electrical fire in the home. Due to my previous experience as a firefighter, I quickly turned off the power inside the home and evacuated my family. We closed interior doors to avoid smoke damage, etc. We did everything right, in order to preserve the home and stop further damage, before the fire department arrived. This was a mistake. We should have let the place burn. It took Park Shore over 7 hours to even come and look at the damage. They sent out an electrician to get lights back on, and we lived for several weeks with a huge hole in our ceiling. Never a dime in rent credit, and they refused to let us break the lease. For the next couple months, we had people in and out, doing repairs, creating dust and not cleaning up after themselves. The ""manager"" had no idea of who was doing what, and left for a family emergency without a project manager. I am out hundreds on extra heating costs and have had an entire ordeal in dealing with them. \r Now that we have moved out, they've decided to play games with returning my deposit, so we are headed to small claims court. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else!
