Nickel and dime u for everything...$ 159 if your one day late on rent well what ever the 10 percent of your rent is .. $75 each time I call the maintence man to come and repair things that I have no control over.. It was 6 below zero when the fan went out in the heater and their was nothing they could do all weekend and never offered to get us a hotel or reimburse on rent for the days we could live here .. I have 3 baby's In this house .. Then after 6'months of living here I get a phone call their shutting off water and gas the next day ...In my lease it says I don't haft to pay water It's taken care of in the HOA fees that are $300 a month .. Jerry kindly stated "" this is the way it is "" And again this weekend is sleet rain and snow and I have no heat no water . I asked them to please give me two weeks. Until i get paid after just paying rent that was not an option .. .. again take take take .. I know with reading all the reviews they will take all the deposit money and and then some No mater how clean i leave this house ...Their standards and fees are unreasonable and I will never ever rent from them or recommend them to any one ..
