BEWARE and AVOID!!!! $362.00 for a $51.95 part (and that is RETAIL), $184.00 for a $38.55 part, $184.00 for a $10.29 part, etc. You get the drift,,, For a 2-2 1/2 hr. job of a pump and some overflow switches to prevent flooding and furnace shut-down, it ultimately cost half the price of a good furnace, including installation, from a different service provider; these people charged me well over $2400! The technician was very polite and likely did a nice job; the company's gouging practice is simply off-the-chart! Now, I have to check to see if they have switched out to inferior parts on a fairly new furnace, since he was taking parts out to his car. Anyway, try a different company, unless you don't care about money.
