Review content:
After a referral to Dr. Pierce when our regular veterinarian was unavailable, we were greatly disappointed with the lack of compassion demonstrated by Dr Pierce. Our healthy cat's condition deteriorated speedily over the course of a week and we knew she needed to be put down. Dr. Pierce chose the moment of this difficult decision to deliver the social message of ""regular veterinary care"" by assuming that we did not care for the health needs of our pet, and further claiming that we could have prevented terminal infection with regular veterinary exams. In the off-chance that a regularly scheduled veterinary exam fell within 2 weeks prior to our fateful visit, I still do not condone the moment of termination as an appropriate time to shame and guilt clientele. Needless to say, we do not recommend this doctor to anyone and will be happily returning to our regular veterinarian with warnings of our veterinary referral experience.
