Tho sales guy Shawn was great, not sure what happened at the install. My door locks worked fine when I took it in and I was told they didn't when I went to pick up my car. They gave me a small piece that they say was broken off in the door. So now I have a brand new stereo and an iffy door locking system. Shawn worked with me on the price and we had a small issue at the checkout where I was charged more than originally agreed upon. Shawn again came through but I'm left with not a great feeling about some of the experience.

Mindy, thank you for the information. Not that I am very happy about it. But no one is perfect so it appears we have room for improvement. Shane explained the invoicing issue which was he needed to apply discounts that were offered. He also said the locks never worked inside but you didn't know that because you always used them by remote. So after you confirm the lock issue with the company you bought the car with that we didn't do anything wrong we would like to follow up. But as for the stereo work we did I hope you are happy with the product and work we did and how it sounds.
No question I'm not begging for a better review because you wrote how you feel. I just am hoping we are not being scored based on something we had nothing to with. Reason it matter so much to me this would the lowest score we ever got and that matters very much to me and so does your satisfaction.
