Review content:
Damaged some furniture - deep scratches on china cabinet, decorative dowels on cabinet doors were missing (3), end tables, nightstands were scratched. Deep scratches that polishing did not remove. The gouged scratches on china cabinet are the worst and would have to be refinished to remove. I called them three times and the response was ""oh well"" from them. Items must have been stacked on top of tables and cabinets and not wrapped. I was told they would be wrapped. I have waited for over 5 months to get a return phone call from them (the owner Ben) I want to have cabinet ledge that was scratched repaired and missing dowels replaced. I even called them again yesterday and left a message and hoped they would have the courtesy to call. But Ben did not. I did not want to write a negative review, but I have no other choice. I was quoted a price of $930.30 and actual total was $1,134.84. That I could live with but damage to my china cabinet was not. Wished I had again gone with Two Men and A Truck as fifteen years ago I had hired them and absolutely no damage done by them.
