Over priced and very unhappy with the results!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! Certainly did not get what I paid for; please shop around before you give Ralph a deposit!!! He talks very sweet and kind but does not deliver. I was shown things on the website and gave him pictures of exactly what I wanted and on the day of my wedding I so disatified. I paid for two people at 75.00 an hour for labor he came alone and still charged me for a second person. He told me he would use a certain type of vase for my center pieces and insert a red rose inside, instead he stuffed the vases with clear celophane paper...it looked so tacky!!! The decorated arch looked absolutely nothing as the picture we discussed in meetings.When I called him out on it the only reply he could give was ""Well I thought it looked nice"" that would have been awesome except your are not the BRIDE!!!!!!!
