Took the new car over to the Tunnel Express Car Wash at 3500 W Houston St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012 . It damaged both sides of the bottom front. Cut right into the fiberglass. After car wash I went and filled up, got out went around the front and spotted the damage. Went right back over to the car wash. The employee said he didn't know how their car wash could do this. Well it wasn't like that before I went through it.... Then he filled out an incident report and proceeded to tell me I would have to keep coming over there to catch the manager and how if it rains they might not be open, etc. I told him I was not spending a lot of my time and money to keep driving over there in hopes of meeting with the manager. Well I guess I know what I'm doing Monday, tracking down the owner of this car wash.
