Review content:
Terrible costumer service and kitchen design planning. Kitchen remodel took over 4 months from start to finished. Damage cabinet drawers and installer saw it and said nothing until we saw it. Then said we are told if we see damage not to say anything unless the customer sees it. Did not follow specs for cooktop and had to use a false front on one drawer and unable to secure the cooktop. Order a beige granite countertop and the one that came in was way darker, cracked and of low quality. The darker color would not match the rest of the kitchen design. All in all if your looking for a new kitchen go somewhere else. Totally disappointed in the whole kitchen remodel and interaction with Deens employees except for Kim.
