This company is a franchise. It is owned by Keith & Mary Dotson (husband & wife). The office manager is there daughter Lindsey and Mary. Lindsey's boyfriend is a installer for them...
The product is cheap. Compare the viewable area of the glass. You will lose a considerable amount. Watch carefully as they remove and install one and you may not want the rest installed! Their installers are paid very low wages. They are also sub contractors. Be very careful signing the work order after they install your windows the workers will tell you it is only so they can get paid, not true means you are happy with the product and the install. If you have any thing you re not sure about do not sign until it is resolved... They will promise you anything it takes to get your money in their hands. Make sure to read all contracts before even thinking of signing! Good luck with your install. The office help will lie their butts off, always making you out to be wrong.. And the owner will not return your calls as promised. If you check around by the time they get done adding all the extra charges you really did not save what you thought you would. The install is cheap and most likely you will experience problems down the road if not right off. Their main fix is to caulk. lol I guess because it is cheap. They will inconvenience you and call with excuse after excuse and reschedule you. If you call them I would highly suggest taping the conversation because they are the biggest bunch of liars out there... I have had several appointments to go to their office. When I arrived they had the lights off, blinds pulled. I happened to look through the door window and there was Mary hiding behind the counter. I knocked until she new I was not going away. When she finally opened the door her excuse was how bad the neighborhood is... She is a real piece of work. They went on vacation and at that time their daughter was only 18 years old and left Lindsey to run the business by herself? Not safe for mom but okay for daughter, figure that out? She pulled this a second time I had a friend stop by to pick up a sample he got there and the same deal, he called me and I called the store and who answers the phone Mary. He looks through the door and sees her on the phone and he starts knocking. he said she was not a very nice person.. Both times she gave use the wrong samples. They have no value or respect for your time or inconvenience. Shameless! I got scammed on the windows and have been civil, I have a warranty problem and they have dodged fixing it. There are many reputable and fair companies out there. Do your homework as windows they are selling our a little cheaper but not the quality of others. I wished I had the knowledge back then that I have now. The complaints filed with BBB are true... They have done me the same way. This family owned franchise has no value on the truth. They will give your phone number to family members so they can call and threaten you.. Very dumb mistake for them... I truly believe in karma. Beware!
