All Weather Roofing was phenomenal! They were very friendly, very accommodating and very attentive to our needs as their customer. Jeremy, who was the main man, was very thorough in the work he did for us and how he did it.
We're in a commercial medical building that has had a lot of problems since 2010 with leaks. We've had numerous roofing companies come and do work for us, but we still had problems with leaks. We called All Weather because we were having problems with repairs made by another company.
Jeremy went from room to room to make sure he knew where all the leaks were. He is very well educated, and he knew what needed to be done right away. He took pictures before he started doing repairs and emailed them to us, so we knew exactly what the problem was and what needed to be done. He also sent us pictures of the completed work.
Jeremy was wonderful! He really made sure everything was done right from start to finish. He made sure he had all the equipment he needed, and he didn't bother anyone or ask for anything. He did the work in a timely manner. We had some storms coming, so he made sure he was here in time to complete the work so we'd have a good outcome, meaning no leaks, with the storms. He was using materials that needed 24 hours to set, so he gave it time to set before the rain arrived.
Despite all the rain we got, we had no leaks whatsoever! Jeremy followed up with us after the first rain we got to make sure everything was okay, which is great customer service. He really did top notch work! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend All Weather Roofing!
