Review content:
PRM needs to be investigated! I got behind on dues so they racked a 9000 balance on a small balance I owed. Most of this 9000 was due to legal fees. I tried to make a payment arrangement before the balance got too out of control and they refused to make a payment arrangement with me stating I had to pay it all upfront in order to make them stop the fees. After months of being sued and even having PRM put a warrant out for my arrest, I ended up having to file bankruptcy to clear the balance. And now they are STILL charging me fees even though I filed bankruptcy! They already have me at 700 worth of fees for collections on the balance I filed bankruptcy on, even though post bankruptcy I am current on all my assessments. I am currently looking into my options, as it is against the law to pursue collections after bankruptcy. Please please any community that is considering hiring this company, please don't. They are crooks! They are sue happy, and that is how they make their money. They take homeowner's dues and instead of using them toward the community, they use them to sue the very same people they are supposed to protect. Did you know that PRM stands for People Really Matter? What a joke! PRM harrasses and sues and even threatens their homeowners. Also, Sue Rueben handles all of the complaints and the way she handles them is by yelling and even cursing at her customers. Please do not hire this company!!! They spend 10,000 to collect 2,000. Communities have more money going out than coming in due to PRM taking the liberty to use homeowners hard earned money to sue the people in the community!!!
