Review content:
This Christmas the residents in my group home were faced with the plague of bed bugs. It was the first bug infestation in over 22 years. We had four companies come to give an estimate including the one that most see in the TV Commercials. Below are the reasons I chose Alliance and was satisfied in doing so.
1. Jennifer Moran - Jen took personal ownership of the situation as if she were caring for her own family. From the estimate to final extermination she showed genuine concern for all who were going through this horrible ordeal.
She was not high pressured. She was super informative and probably the most genuine of any sales rep that came in. The only thing high pressured about Jen was her persistence on follow-through.
Prepping and living out of bags becomes very weary on the soul and the body. Operating away from home when all of your disposable incomes and families are far out of reach is almost impossible. Jen's constant contact with myself and the individual residents made this nightmare bearable with an end in sight.
2. The price of Alliance was middle of the road.
3. The workers were experienced, polite, professional, and on-time. John seemed proud to get rid of the bugs.
4. When she told me she was finished, I believed it. We really wanted a dog (which they had) but realized that it was not necessary if we saw them right in front of our eyes. We then had two chemical and one heat treatment. We were assured that the treatment would continue until evidence of live bugs and/or eggs were no longer. They even threw in CO2 emitters with pheromones to ensure that bugs were not present in the end.
5. They also assisted in a very difficult communication with the prep company we used.
We are just now getting back to normal as the bags are being opened sorted and put away. Hopefully, we won't ever have to call Alliance again; yet, I would definately be willing to recommend them.
