Review content:
Our refrigerator and freezer recently went out and was not cooling. We got an appointment for next day service between the hours of 8 am and 12 pm. They came in that time-frame and called to let us know when the technician was on the way. As it turned out, it was a simple fix. They were very honest about the situation (and did not charge us for parts that we did not need). They also gave us a break on the labor since it was a simple fix. The technican, Joseph, was careful, clean, courteous and helpful and I would definitely use them again!
