I ordered parts from their website and had some opinions about their processing shipment speed (or lack thereof). Here is there answer to my email cut and pasted - \r
Hi there for an order place on sunday and ship on monday I guess is the fast order you will get in 3 day but like my boss alway tell us "" customer who pay for ground service they alway complain ""\r
we are close sunday. and if you have some thing to complain. complain to your self for been so inpatient ground service alway take 3 to 5 business days.\r

Seems they don't give a hoot about customers. After all as they said in their email response - ""customer who pay for ground service they alway complain""\r

Sad. I will never do business with them again.
