I paid a little over $200 for the worst color and cut. I showed Kaitland a picture and she said she could give me the same results...no problem. Two hours later and four different hair stylists checking my hair, the color would not lift. I could hear them whispering to each other, but never once did they come over to me and tell me they were not going to be able to achieve the color I wanted. Nor did they attempt to correct it. The girl who cut my hair cut it uneven and I have spent the entire weekend finding pieces that need to be cut so its even on the length. I didn't get an Ombre look, I got a ""Hair Cuttery"" look.
