Review content:
It was my first time using Family Abbey Carpet and Floor and I'd absolutely use them again. They installed new flooring in my bathroom and did the carpeting in the rest of my home. I had some delays because of my plumbing but they were very accommodating and were able to reschedule so they could come back as quickly as possible. They did an excellent job. Their people were in and out and cleaned up after themselves.
The follow up was a two day process. They called me at the end of the first and second days to make sure everything went well. Then they called again a few days later to make sure everything was okay after the installation. It was a very good experience.
