After careful review, we may remove content or replace a content warning page before viewing content deemed offensive, harmful, or dangerous.
Additionally, we are aware that there may be content on Judy's Book that is personal in nature or feels invasive. Please note that Judy's Book is a provider of content creation tools, not a mediator of content. We allow our users express their opinions, but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe in freedom of expression, even if a review contains unappealing or distasteful content or present negative viewpoints. We realize that this may be frustrating, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause you. In cases where contact information for the author is listed on the page, we recommend that you work directly with this person to have the content in question removed or changed.

This place does not value customer service at all. It took them over a month to complete my taxes. I took my taxes into Sharon Zambon on the 8th of February to do. She completed our Federal and State taxes. She told us it would take about a week to finish up our local taxes. We waited a week and heard nothing from her. After leaving multiple messages my wife stopped in to check on them. Sharon ended up keeping my wife there the entire day only to still not finish our taxes. We then waited 2 more weeks and nothing. I called Sharon to check the status. She informed me she was waiting on some form and that it would be another week. Another TWO weeks go by and nothing. My wife called her to check the status and Sharon told my wife that if she did not like how long it was taking she would send us our W-2's and we could do it ourselves and then hung up on my wife. After speaking with the manager and owner, they still refused to refund any of my money. Poor customer service all the way around, all they care about is getting your fees out of you and that is it!
