Review content:
Diamond had the car for four days because I brought it in late on Friday afternoon. The final diagnosis was a bad oil pump. The repair is fine as far as I know, but the price for the parts was about $50 more than the Toyota dealer quoted me and the number of hours was 6.5 as opposed to 4.8 estimate I found on the internet, though there could be some factors I'm unaware of. They did say there were .5 hours diagnosis time, even though I didn't receive a diagnosis until the afternoon of the second day (Monday). Had a timing belt replaced by them recently and the entire job wasn't much more than the labor on this job. Still, at $750 I feel like I might have done better at Toyota, but since it was an emergency I didn't really have a choice. Would I recommend? It depends on the job I think. I've gone to them for a long time and generally am happier.
