Review content:
I give it no stars! Worst experience by far!! We have been to amusement parks all across the country. We were harassed from the moment we walked in by security due to ""my son according to the rules had to have his pants at his belly button"" as this was happening people left and right we're sagging, young girls that looked 12 we're wearing shorts that looked like under wear. Our son was wearing loose fitting Levi's jeans, no under garments showing and had his belt on the last loop, as tight as it could be and was NOT sagging. The robo-cop security walked behind us in groups counting ""warnings"" mind you we were a total of 8 who paid for all day passes. By the way this place is not worth the money and over priced. After 15 minutes of being on the pier I had enough and said something in the line of stop harassing an under age minor and talk to me the parent. From this point the want to be supervisor wanted to argue even after I asked him to stop talking to me several times. Long story short the ""manager"" came down stair after I was promised by the ""head of security"" I would get a refund just to tell me that she could NOT refund our $160.00 bucks and continued to talk to me like as if I'm uneducated. Her words ""you have not been extracted from the park or you would not be able to stand here. (are you serious? I paid to walk in) how ever do to policy you have been warned and I can not refund the tickets."" (wow) I will never recommend this place and will continue to share my experience of prejudice, singling out, racial labeling and harassment from this unfriendly establishment to everyone I come in contact with. I work in retail and talk to a few hundred people a week by the way. I have contacted my bank and will not give you my hard earned money so that you can tell me how to dress my kid. Shame on you Laundry's and your unprofessional staff!! This was not a pleasure on the pier!
