Review content:
Very good buying experience. Found pre-owned certified vehicle on web and contacted dealership by email. Responded, fast, received call from Sales Mgr. right away. Made deal over phone and, since I was driving 3 hours to look at vehicle, I needed an honest assessment of the vehicle and the assurance that car would be there when I arrived. The vehicle was exactly as the Sales Mgr. described. The only thing I had to do was work out a fair trade for my car, which I did through AJ, salesman and it went very smooth. Also, we bought the extended warranty. I would definitely consider buying another car from these folks. No one is perfect, but I think North Hills Auto Mall does business the right way.\r
