Review content:
Being a previous tenant I feel it is only right to let others know about Glenwood Vista Apartments. When we first moved in it looked like a nice gated community. After living there for a little while things started to happen. Mold started to grow on every window sill. Our heatpump went out and it took them three days to even come to fix it. Then it took another couple of days to get the part they needed to fix it. It was still Summer at the time. There is constantly trash all over the complex. People have not been cleaning up after their dogs. Even after being warned from the office. But why should they? The office does nothing else about it. It just is not a well run business and for the price they ask for rent it is NOT worth it.
PROS: It is a gated community with a pool and exercise room.
CONS: Mildew, window sills. Litter & animal droppings everywhere, slow maintance
