Worst experience at a mechanic, ever. I walked in saying that all I needed was an oil change for my car. The gentleman (Todd, I believe) began speaking to me as if I were an idiot. He jumped to the conclusion that I must need oil because I had hit something, causing a crack/leak. Naturally, I couldn't be an early 20 something that just needed an oil change and was far from home. While I look and sound like I'm in my young twenties, Todd didn't know he was belittling a doctoral candidate with the diction to pummel his choice words into mush. \r \r They completed my routine oil change for double what the dealership charges me, told me it had to do with the difference in bulk oil costs. I have gotten the same procedure done at several other small establishments such as MTA for less than the dealership, even with the cost of high grade oil these days. I was given a lecture about how it wasn't a good decision to purchase such a vehicle (hybrid) because while they save me in gas the routine
