Review content:
I've been a long term client at Mankato Crank and Chrome, and not yet once have I had any reason to be dissatisfied with the service I've received on my car.
The people that I've met (four mechanics, Kim the incredible, and Anna the awesome) have given me no reason to believe that I'm unsafe when driving away from their lot after service, as each of them has shown me that they have and maintain a professional knowledge of automotives.
Since I came to the unholy town of godless fuck-ups known as Mankato, I've tried nearly a dozen different auto mechanics; going so far as St. Cloud for service. While some offered limited guarantees for their work, others offered discounts on the part of negligence and outright automobile abuse on their part by means of not adding enough fluids, using defective Chinese parts, and on one occasion the purposeful omission of a rubber shock gasket for my radiator.. Only once have I had this problem at MCC, and they fixed it without question right away.
While the pricing at MCC hasn't been the greatest on my poor college kid wallet, it has certainly been better than several places I've visited in the Mankato area that have caused much more damage that good.
I know that any difference in cost is for good old American parts that aren't going to leave me calling triple a.
Ultimately, the reason I keep coming back is because I know that when I have a problem, it's going to be fixed. . Not Obamaed together for the next fifty miles. Which for a small business owner and a small town college kid in Mankato, is a god send
I recommend them strongly to anyone and everyone. Not as a critic; and not as a customer, but add someone who genuinely is tired of paying for the same repairs time and again.
Does this seem like a shameful plug? Maybe. . But only because I'm happy with a mechanic that has yet to screw me over.
