Review content:
All 100 apartments are connected by leakey underground pipes to one big swamp cooler near laundry. No air conditioner.Cooling is very slow. Fan blows out cool to warm, high 80% to 90% humidity, dusty, moldy air through vents near ceiling. \r
Cooling for ALL apartments broke every month, lasting 3 to 6 days. Temperature inside apartment vary from 75F to 87F depending on outside temperature and HUMIDITY with thermostat set at 70F. You feel sticky, sweaty, sleepy because of high inside 80% to 90% humidity. Air smells moldy( fungus ).\r
Most of the tenants use section 8 vouchers (government subsidized) and are minorities. Many apartments are empty because most tenants left because of cooling problems.\r
I left because of bad cooling, bad air, noisy neighbors, crime and noisy un-attended kids running around. Apt has exclusive contract with Qwest. Cannot get cheaper better COX, Comcast etc here because of wiring.
