My family and I spent a week in Bear Necessity and it was wonderful! The cabin had everything we needed and more! It was cold at night, so we really enjoyed the outdoor fireplace. The hot tub was a nightly ritual. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults and 18 month old toddler. The kitchen was so well stocked with cooking dishes and utensils that we were able to cook the bulk of our meals at the cabin. I would strongly recommend this cabin and this company to anyone who is looking to visit Blue Ridge. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in recommending places to see and things to do in the area. We are already planning our next family gathering in Blue Ridge and we WILL stay with Mountain Getaway!
