Disgusted! They are snarky, think they know it all. The owner (Barry) comes across initially as warm however, he's conniving and only looking out for himself. He says he stands behind his product and yet, his delivery company damaged my fridge door....that was 2 months ago and I'm still waiting on a new one! They have been paid in full yet I'm left here with no return calls, NO customer service, snotty service girl, MIA Barry and to be honest, sales people who are clueless as to what my problem is and are just clearly passing the buck. Bottom line, too many people are involved promising things they don't follow through with and I would go to a big box store any day to feel more appreciated!
