Review content:
We'd neglected our septic system too long, and it was obvious we were soon going to have trouble. Bailey's staff worked us in during a VERY busy period for them and while I was not surprised the serviceman was very knowledgeable about his task, the office rep was also well-versed in everything we were dealing with. And when she didn't know an answer, she found out, she didn't just make something up (as I suspected with *other* services I called - oh boy, I got some really bad info from them!). The price was very fair, considering our delinquency in getting this done, I learned how to be a better homeowner, and I will be calling Bailey's again in 3-5 years!
