Businiess name:  Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Review content:
Finding a contractor for any project is a risk. I was recommended by my daughter to use a company that is established and reputable. She preferred to pay for the level of service, warranty, and integrity that Roto-Rooter has offered her. For one of the few times, I did take her recommendations, have been extremely pleased with the results. My water bill had steadily increased in the pass few months from an average of $50 to over $250. There was no obvious leaks anywhere in the house. We are very hygienic, my wife and I, but not in the shower constantly to generate such a bill. After calling Roto-Rotter, the technician found the leak under my floor between two bathrooms. I was so concern with the time required to break the floor and repairs, not to mention the cost on a fixed income and no insurance. The tech provided reassurances that alternatives can be made in re-routing the water line and minimal invasive cuts would be done to the walls. The following day two gentlemen arrived, reviewed the area, made relatively small holes in the walls, replaced the water lines and completed the job within 4-5 hours. Thank you \r Vincent & Martha Morales.
