Please review the entire review to understand the context. PLEASE PLEASE HAVE A HEART AND DO NOT SUBJECT YOUR PETS TO GROOMING AT THIS PLACE. First, a clarification. I GIVE THE STORE AND THE OWNERS FIVE STARS... THE ONE STAR IS FOR THE GROOMERS WHO RENT THE SPACE FROM THE STORE. The store is owned by Darryl and Joe Ellen who are professionals and animal lovers. They are extremely knowledgable and customer service is far superior to anything you will experience elsewhere. They rent the space to a family who operates pet grooming service. We had a set appointment. After 3 hours, we returned only to find our dog soaking wet sitting in a crate for god knows how many hours. Only when we showed up, did the groomer pick up our shivering dog and start blow drying her. When we took her into the car, we realized she was still damp (thankfully we have towels in the car), her fur was all knotted up, nails were not trimmed and she was scared out of her wits.
