I went to the salon because I read all the good reviews and because I had a very bad experience at the ulta sandhills salon. I made my appointment but as I arrived I was told that my name is not in their records ect. Well something went wrong but the nice gut (sorry forgot his name) squeeze s me in so that's a big plus :) my hair color was very reddish and I asked for a ashy light brown. A woman was putting the color on my hair ect. But my hair is very damaged so my hair didn't take the color and it came out still reddish looking. I told her nicly that it still looks kind of red and she replied 'no it it's a ash tone' the other guy came buy and said 'i don't mind it' then my hero from the front desk checked my hair and said 'no I don't like It, change it' I have to say that before he said something the woman jumped on and said again 'she said it looks reddish but I told her it's a ash tone' well I am not color blind and I know they were all busy and I know it took longer to do my hair but don't lie in my face because you want to go home. I thought that was really rude. So the guy from the front desk saved my hair and they had to dye it again. I love my color now but I am a little disappointed of the staff.
