All Star Chem Dry was a pleasure all around. Shelly was so friendly and helpful over the phone, and was able to schedule someone to come out right when we needed. The guys were very professional and very nice. They walked around the house and explained the whole process to me and told me what they would do before they started; and the carpets looked, felt, and smelled so much better afterward! Shelly even followed up a few days after the appointment personally to see if we were satisfied.
