I have been bringing my kids to Dr. Mark for the last 16 years for cleanings, fillings, and braces. Once I came in with my daughter after she fell and was a bloody mess. I was so freaked out and he never became flustered. He calmly looked at her and checked that none of her teeth were chipped or pushed back. She just grazed her gums and that's what was bleeding. I felt so relieved to be in capable and compassionate hands.\r

I find he is very friendly and patient with the kids. I never feel dumb asking questions and he actually seems to enjoy taking the time to explain things to me. The assistants are very good with the kids to help them feel comfortable and teach them the correct way to brush and floss especially when they were wearing braces.\r

The open concept is great so you see everything that is going on. There are many kids that I see with special needs there and they are treated with care and respect. I've seen many of these moms get teary thanking Dr. Mark. If that's
