Review content:
Long story short. They put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle the day before my vacation. Oil leaked out onto the Kennedy Expressway. The towing company they use didn't want to deal with traffic. I walk-train-cab'd home. They got it to me next day after lunch. Vacation travel plans delayed about 1/2 day. Emailed Service Mgr, no response. I'd stay away from their service dept. By the way, the oil change that they did wrong took 1.5 hours and some grease ball got my interior dirty. I also asked them to look at a leak I had in one of the tires, couldn't find it. By some miracle I guess, they were able to find it the next day. Guessing the initial person had no clue???
